Appointments & Cancellations

• If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer your child’s appointment to another child in need. You can cancel your appointment by emailing info@dublincityslt.com.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. A cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged.

• If you do not attend a scheduled appointment, and do not let us know, this will be charged in full.

• Dublin City SLT reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary.
